Please also read this next section relating to travel expenses and accomodation.

Please note the following only applies if your main residence is in Ukraine and you are enrolled at a Ukrainian university.

We will cover travel expenses with a fixed contribution of €250 and provide accommodation for each selected participant from Ukraine.

The travel cost contribution is a fixed amount of €250 and does not depend on your actual travel expenses to Mainz. You will receive €250 regardless of whether your travel costs are higher or lower. We have based this amount on a rough cost estimate for travelling from Kyiv to Mainz by bus.

The accommodation we provide is in a modern hotel near the Rhine river. It has a good bus connection to campus and is close to the city center. We offer shared rooms with 4 students per room. Breakfast at the hotel is also included. The link to the hotel can be found here. The room will be available from Sunday, 6th of September until Saturday 12th of September. So you can plan your arrival for Sunday afternoon (06.09.) and departure for Saturday afternoon (12.09.).
