The program also includes courses such as &#8220;Teaching in English&#8221; and &#8220;Diversity in Teaching&#8221;. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>As part of the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.international.uni-mainz.de\/erasmus-personalfortbildung\/\"> <strong>Erasmus staff training<\/strong><\/a> take place <a href=\"http:\/\/staffmobility.eu\/\"><strong>Staff Training Weeks (STW)<\/strong><\/a> take place at various universities abroad, in which JGU employees can participate and receive financial grants.
